[edit] Please do not post copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder, as you did to Jhepwork. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites (http://freshmeat.net/projects/jhepwork/?branch_id=68494&release_id=253027 in this case) or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously, and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If you believe that the article is not a copyright violation, or if you have permission from the copyright holder to release the content freely under the GNU Free Documentation License (GFDL) then you should do one of the following:
- If you have permission from the author leave a message explaining the details on the article Talk page and send an email with the message to "permissions-en (at) wikimedia (dot) org". See Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for instructions.
- If a note on the original website states that re-use is permitted under the GFDL or released into the public domain leave a note at Talk:Jhepwork with a link to where we can find that note;

Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give SCaViS a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into DataMelt. This is known as a "cut-and-paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.
In most cases, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page (the tab may be hidden in a dropdown menu for you). This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Cut-and-paste-move repair holding pen. Thank you. [edit]I know that you blame me for the article being deleted.
But while I had added the initial "COI" warning, you may want to notice that I neither nominated it for deletion, nor do I have the capacity to actually delete articles - only administrators can delete articles, and it followed the established Wikipedia procedures, that just had not yet been applied to the article before. I repeatedly tried to help you understand which kind of sources are going to be accepted as supporting notability (that German article seemed good), and which sources are considered to be not independent and low quality (copy and paste from your homepage). But rather than following the well meant advice to focus on quality references, you were very aggressive, and that may have backfired to some extend (although the deletion was because of WP:GNG and lack of reliable sources, not because of aggressive behavior).
