Second request, please stop. This - [1] - was uncalled for. Lightbreather (talk) 16:29, 5 June 2015 (UTC)
- <snark>You'll need to be more specific, my mind reading abilities don't work on Lightbreathers. Oh wait, did you hurt something else and you're now under the influence of something stronger than Ibuprofen?[2] Or maybe you'd like to post a lengthy list of sources that only make sense to you. And don't forget to notify a dozen or so Editors and Admins that you got a boo boo and that some boy is being mean to you[3][4]...
- Is that what you are referring to when you say "Please stop." Heck, why don't you file at ANI for old time's sake[5]. Are you bored over the lack of drama over the last week or so?[6][7] I threw in a dif or two to support my claims, did you like that? Interaction ban with Lightbreather
Due to your recent inappropriate interactions with Lightbreather, stemming from the edits made to the National Rifle Association, I am placing both of you under a mutual interaction ban under the authority of the discretionary sanctions authorised in the Gun Control arbitration case. You may interact with Lightbreather only on the Lightbreather arbitration case, and only according to the conditions laid out at Wikipedia talk:Arbitration/Requests/Case/Lightbreather/Evidence#Case management. This sanction will last indefinitely, and is placed in my capacity as an uninvolved administrator not as an arbitrator. Thryduulf (talk) 20:49, 5 June 2015 (UTC)

Temporary injunction at Wikipedia:Arbitration/Requests/Case/Lightbreather/Proposed decision
The Arbitration Committee has enacted the following temporary injunction, which supersedes all other provisions:
Lightbreather and Scalhotrod are placed under a temporary full interaction ban (sans the usual exceptions). They may comment on each other only on matters directly affecting this case and only on the relevant Workshop or Arbitration case talk pages. They may comment on allegations of off-wiki misconduct only by email and such emails must be directed only to the Arbitration Committee. This temporary restriction may be enforced by any clerk or administrator by means of immediate redaction of potentially problematic material and blocks of up to seventy-two hours. Appeals may be made only by the sanctioned user(s), are to be made to the Arbitration Committee only by email. This temporary restriction will expire when the case closes and supersedes any other provisions regarding permissibility of comments.
For the Arbitration Committee, L235 (t / c / ping in reply) 17:16, 6 June 2015 (UTC)
- @L235:, not that I'm terribly active of late, but with regard to article editing, should I be checking the edit history of any article I edit before making an edit? We've crossed paths simply because I'm a Pending Changes Reviewer. --Scalhotrod (Talk) ☮ღ☺ 19:16, 7 June 2015 (UTC)

Today's articles for improvement weekly vote
- Hello Scalhotrod:
- This week's voting for TAFI's upcoming weekly collaborations has begun at Week 27 of 2015. Thanks for participating!
Adam Gemili
What is your problem with Adam Gemini? There is new sourced content that he ran 9.97. I didn't write the original report, but i added a source. I would call the BBC a reputable source. Why do you keep reverting valid, sourced content? Trackinfo (talk) 20:48, 7 June 2015 (UTC)
- Hi Trackinfo, your edits appears to have been caught up in a block of edits flagged by the Special:PendingChanges review list. Sorry about that, it happens. You can apply to be a WP:Reviewer and then you can approve or revert these kinds of edits before you make yours which would prevent this situation in the future. Regards, --Scalhotrod (Talk) ☮ღ☺ 21:00, 7 June 2015 (UTC)
- I have reviewer rights. I don't exercise using them on my own content. They should not be necessary as I make legitimate edits. If you have some form of automation that blindly reverts all edits, or you are thoughtless enough not to read the content of edits before reverting, then that is a function that should change. Trackinfo (talk) 21:11, 7 June 2015 (UTC)
- Hey Trackinfo—I don't mean to be putting words into your mouth, but it sounds like you have been not accepting your own changes because you think it might be improper. I heartily recommend that you set aside such reservations! Untangling a mess of 8 or 12 pending edits made by 3 or 4 different users is tedious at best, and when the article content isn't familiar to the reviewer, it's a minefield. I suspect that Scalhotrod would agree with me when I say that if you know about Adam Gemili, your self-review is probably the best available! Cheers —jameslucas (" " / +) 20:15, 9 June 2015 (UTC)

WikiProject X Newsletter • Issue 4
Hello friends! We have been hard at work these past two months. For this report:
For the first time, we are happy to bring you an exhaustive, comprehensive WikiProject Directory. This directory endeavors to list every single WikiProject on the English Wikipedia, including those that don't participate in article assessment. In constructing the broadest possible definition, we have come up with a list of approximately 2,600 WikiProjects. The directory tracks activity statistics on the WikiProject's pages, and, for where it's available, statistics on the number of articles tracked by the WikiProject and the number of editors active on those articles. Complementing the directory are description pages for each project, listing usernames of people active on the WikiProject pages and the articles in the WikiProject's scope. This will help Wikipedians interested in a subject find each other, whether to seek feedback on an article or to revive an old project. (There is an opt-out option.) We have also come up with listings of related WikiProjects, listing the ten most relevant WikiProjects based on what articles they have in common. We would like to promote WikiProjects as interconnected systems, rather than isolated silos.
A tremendous amount of work went into preparing this directory. WikiProjects do not consistently categorize their pages, meaning we had to develop our own index to match WikiProjects with the articles in their scope. We also had to make some adjustments to how WikiProjects were categorized; indeed, I personally have racked up a few hundred edits re-categorizing WikiProjects. There remains more work to be done to make the WikiProject directory truly useful. In the meantime, take a look and feel free to leave feedback at the WikiProject X talk page.
What have we been working on?
- A new design template—This has been in the works for a while, of course. But our goal is to design something that is useful and cleanly presented on all browsers and at all screen resolutions while working within the confines of what MediaWiki has to offer. Additionally, we are working on designs for the sub-components featured on the main project page.
- A new WikiProject talk page banner in Lua—Work has begun on implementing the WikiProject banner in Lua. The goal is to create a banner template that can be usable by any WikiProject in lieu of having its own template. Work has slowed down for now to focus on higher priority items, but we are interested in your thoughts on how we could go about creating a more useful project banner. We have a draft module on Test Wikipedia, with a demonstration.
- New discussion reports—We have over 4.8 million articles on the English Wikipedia, and almost as many talk pages as well. But what happens when someone posts on a talk page? What if no one is watching that talk page? We are currently testing out a system for an automatically-updating new discussions list, like RFC for WikiProjects. We currently have five test pages up for the WikiProjects on cannabis, cognitive science, evolutionary biology, and Ghana.
- SuggestBot for WikiProjects—We have asked the maintainer of SuggestBot to make some minor adjustments to SuggestBot that will allow it to post regular reports to those WikiProjects that ask for them. Stay tuned!
- Semi-automated article assessment—Using the new revision scoring service and another system currently under development, WikiProjects will be getting a new tool to facilitate the article assessment process by providing article quality/importance predictions for articles yet to be assessed. Aside from helping WikiProjects get through their backlogs, the goal is to help WikiProjects with collecting metrics and triaging their work. Semi-automation of this process will help achieve consistent results and keep the process running smoothly, as automation does on other parts of Wikipedia.
Want us to work on any other tools? Interested in volunteering? Leave a note on our talk page.
The database report which lists WikiProjects according to the number of watchers (i.e., people that have the project on their watchlist), is back! The report stopped being updated a year ago, following the deactivation of the Toolserver, but a replacement report has been generated.
Until next time,
Harej (talk) 22:20, 17 June 2015 (UTC)

Case-related subpages
Hi,
You may be aware that there has been a request at the current Lightbreather Arbcom case for the removal of the following subpages per the last sentence of this policy section:
The first two pages have certainly been relevant to a recent dispute reoslution matter, but it is credibly pointed out that the evidence phase of the case is over, so there may be no further need for these subpages. The third page appears to relate to a matter that was before ANI some weeks ago - this is certainly not a current dispute resolution issue.
I note your userpage suggests you are retired, but you have also been editing fairly recently. Do you have any views on retaining or deleting these pages? If you're genuinely not around for the next little while I am likely go ahead and delete the pages per the policy. If they are required for any future, imminent dispute resolution I am also happy to email you a copy for retention off-wiki.
Noting the terms of the Arbcom injunction, could you please respond to this via email either directly to me or to the Committee as a whole, and not on this page. -- Euryalus (talk) 10:02, 20 June 2015 (UTC)
Goodbye
Just noted you apparently retired. Not sure you'll ever read these lines, I just wanted to tell you I'm sorry for your retirement, especially as it was connected to WP:Harassment and WP:Outing. Please consider a WP:CLEANSTART! You made some excellent work here, and your WP:BIGOT hit the mark. Bye, Cavarrone 20:55, 23 June 2015 (UTC)
- Wow, yeah, bad news. :( :( I know I haven't exactly been in touch a lot, but it was good workin' with you when I did. (I guess my hope for some new eyes on The California Kid & Ala Kart comes too late... :( :( Sorry you're gone. :* TREKphiler any time you're ready, Uhura 02:00, 24 June 2015 (UTC)

Lightbreather arbitration case closed
This arbitration case has been closed and the final decision is available at the link above. The following remedy relates to you:
- 6A) All interactions bans affecting Lightbreather are taken over by the Arbitration Committee and placed under the committee's direct jurisdiction. The default i-ban exceptions remain in place but improper use of them by Lightbreather is sanctionable as an i-ban evasion. For consistency and ease of administration, the i-bans may be enforced by any uninvolved administrator as an arbitration enforcement action but any resultant appeals may be made only to the committee and only by email. For the avoidance of doubt, this paragraph applies to the following interaction bans:
