Biographical article
[edit]Thanks for your comments on the talk page of your biography. Wikipedia is set up in a very specific manner so that only certain kinds of information can be used as a source. Even though you have personally responded on that page to some of the charges, we have to base any statements on materials that have been published in reliable sources: court procedings, legitimate journalistic resources, etc. What that means is that the best way to address some of these charges is to provide the court transcripts from various cases, including case numbers and outcomes, as you have done on several cases already. That way we can create something that has no speculation and is based on facts anyone can go verify themselves. This should work to your advantage, since many of your detractors' comments are not considered reliable sources: self-published press releases, blogs, forum posts, obscure websites, etc. Again, I appreciate your taking the time to address some of the comments, but the best way to address the issues here is to provide published evidence. The speculation on the Talk page is just a distraction. We need to focus on facts backed with evidence.
Welcome to Wikipedia! It can take a little time to get used to the policies and dynamics, but it is a very interesting project, I feel. Jokestress 02:40, 23 July 2006 (UTC)
Hi. Thank you for your additions to this article. They do, however, need to be sourced to a reliable secondary source. If you need any help on how to add or format a source, don't hesitate to ask. Fainites barleyscribs 14:50, 25 January 2010 (UTC)
