A tag has been placed on Sylhet Engineering College, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. To do this, affix the template {{hangon}} to the article and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Image Copyright problem

Hi Sayemfx!
We thank you for uploading Image:SEC CSE ECE buildings.jpg, but there is a problem. Your image is currently missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. Unless you can help by adding a copyright tag, it may be deleted by an Administrator. If you know this information, then we urge you to add a copyright tag to the image description page. We apologize for this, but all images must confirm to policy on Wikipedia.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks so much for your cooperation.

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Sylhet Engineering College (Future SUET), and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://www.thedailystar.net/campus/2008/11/02/feature_sylhet.htm. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences.

This message was placed automatically, and it is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article and it would be appreciated if you could drop a note on the maintainer's talk page. SUET Redirect

[edit]

Hello, you created two identical articles - Sylhet University of Engineering and Technology and SUET. On Wikipedia if an articles subject is known by more than one name, the correct name is used for the article title with other names being a redirect to that article. I changed the SUET article into a redirect to Sylhet University of Engineering and Technology - please remember to do this in future! Thanks QueenCake (talk) 20:55, 27 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

about SUET

[edit]

There is no University with the name SUET at Sylhet. Please clarify why you use SUET. There is only one Technology University at Sylhet named Shahjalal University of Science and Technology(SUST). And Sylhet Engineering College is under Shahjalal University of Science and Technology(SUST). There is another entry http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Sylhet_Engineering_College Please remove the the page or merged with http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Sylhet_University_of_Engineering_and_Technology or http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Sylhet_Engineering_College —Preceding unsigned comment added by Shamal sust (talkcontribs) 20:32, 23 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a web search with the contents of Copotronic InfoSystems Ltd, and it appears to include a substantial copy of http://www.copotronic.com. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. See our copyright policy for further details. (If you own the copyright to the previously published content and wish to donate it, see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for the procedure.)

A tag has been placed on Copotronic InfoSystems Ltd, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information. You may also wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag - if no such tag exists then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hangon tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. elektrikSHOOS 19:29, 8 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
