Request reason:

I hardly ever submit edits, and additionally, I have never engaged in any sort of discussion with another user at all, or engaged in any activity - much less anything that would be worthy of a block. You can see I've had my account since 2008, and have only submitted a handful of edits, none of which have violated your terms. I'm sure this is a mistake, and must be related to the IP addresses I've been assigned by Comcast and Verizon - I've tried using cellular data, and my home WiFi, and it says my IP is still blocked.
