Wikipedia Dump Question

I noticed the 20120211 dump of wikipedia (http://dumps.wikimedia.org/enwiki/) contains an error. To whom should I address to notify this problem/bug/...? FYI: the enwiki-20120211-pagelinks.sql file misses all link info of the page 'Impressionism' (id:15169).
