According to Jim Gilchrist and Jerome Corsi from the text, Minutemen: The Battle to Secure America's Borders, Noxal Oil Field adds around 20 more years to oil production for Mexico. That is beneficial for Mexico because it will bring in more money for them.

According to the text Annexing Mexico: Solving the Border Problem Through Annexation and Assimilation by Erik Rush, the Noxal Oil Field was a big discovery for Mexico. It can almost double oil production for them.

Both of these citations are beneficial to the Wikipedia page because they offer incite on how Noxal Oil Field is beneficial for Mexico's oil business.
