Question for administrator

- As my user name implies, this account was created for the sole purpose of preparing articles in a unique sandbox separate from my primary account; I will not be editing anything outside of this account's subpages. For privacy reasons, I do not wish to link from my primary account, Levdr1lp.
- I am seeking administrator approval for this request. Is this an appropriate alternative account? Does it conform to WP:SOCK#LEGIT? Do I have to link here from my primary account (I prefer not to)? Thank you.

- I'd say you should be okay. Whilst what you propose doesn't fit the letter of any of the reasons given at WP:SOCK#LEGIT, it equally doesn't meet any of the criteria under WP:ILLEGIT. If all you're doing with this account is editing sandbox pages (and assuming of course that those edits are legitimate in themselves) then I don't see any violation of the spirit of the policy. I'm just one guy, of course; others may see things differently - you might want to leave your help request up long enough to get a second opinion, just to be on the safe side. - I agree that this seems acceptable but I suggest that, as suggested in the last paragraph of WP:SOCK#NOTIFY, you notify the Arbitration Committee or a Checkuser, which you can do privately by email, so that if there is any trouble in future it will be clear that you have acknowledged this alternate account. - @Yunshui and JohnCD-- UPDATE - October 2014 I have decided to close (or "retire") this account and this account only. I have not used this private, sandbox-only account since February 2014, and my original reason for opening it is no longer a concern. I have absolutely no intention of retiring my primary account, Levdr1lp. From this point on, please direct all messages to User_talk:Levdr1lp. Feel free to reference this page. Thank you.
