Request reason:

Given no reason and no particulars from which I may reply in defence

Decline reason:

This, this and this. The first two are violations of the biographies of living persons policy, which also applies to recently deceased persons. We can write that Davis was convicted of the crime. We cannot say what you wanted to say there, as Davis did not confess to the crime and whether he did commit it was, the verdict notwithstanding, a source of considerable dispute. As for the third, that's just regular old vandalism. I agree you should have been warned and notified of the reason for the block as policy requires. I will discuss this with the blocking admin. However, for the time being I consider the block justified. — Daniel Case (talk) 04:24, 30 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

The policy is explicitly stated not to apply to the dead. Nor has there ever been any doubt expressed by any judge or juror who formally ruled on the matter of his responsibility for what he proved to be justly executed for. I'm talking about judges, jurors and parole board members who permitted testing of his claims and assertions by a knowledgeable prosecution or adversary : not knownothing celebrities who wouldn't know the difference between a witness statement and a press statement of halftruths for the gullible.

Decline reason:

Sorry, the GNAA link makes your intentions here crystal clear. Kuru (talk) 11:53, 30 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
