Hello. Before you dive right in to creating articles(which is probably the hardest thing to successfully do on Wikipedia), I would suggest that you start smaller by first editing existing articles in topic areas that interest you. This way, you get a feel for what is looked for in articles and in using Wikipedia. Editors who started small and worked their way up to creating articles as they get experienced are far more successful than those who dive right in.
However, if you still want to attempt it, there are some things you can do first. You should use this tutorial to learn about how Wikipedia works and read Your First Article. Once you do that, then you can submit a draft using Articles for Creation; that way, you can get feedback on it before your draft is formally part of the encyclopedia, instead of afterwards, when it would be treated more critically. If you are associated with the subject you want to write about, you should review what conflict of interest is and how to proceed if you have one. If you have any other questions, please ask. 331dot (talk) 12:26, 22 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
(edit conflict) See Wikipedia:How to create a page. I would also suggest reading some of the supplemental material listed there, e.g. Wikipedia:Your first article and Wikipedia:Contributing to Wikipedia. Best Regards, — Godsy (TALKCONT) 12:28, 22 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you

Hello! Just a friendly request that you read this section of Wikipedia's style manual. Ampersands should never be used in article text (and, as a person with a professional "day job", I'll tell you that they are not appropriate in written work outside of Wikipedia either); they are only appropriate when they are part of a trademark or title (as with the musical act Hall & Oates, for example, who have released records under exactly that name and have registered it as a service mark), or in a table heading where conservation of space is particularly necessary. As part of a series—for example, "Garnishes can include pistachios, olive oil, and icing sugar"—or otherwise in a sentence of an article, it is never appropriate to use an ampersand instead of writing out the word "and". Thanks for your attention to this in the future. - Julietdeltalima (talk) 17:48, 30 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
