- Can you elaborate on the comment "as before, really"? Samuelrclaesson (talk) 21:39, 13 March 2024 (UTC)
- Your very first reference already doesn't discuss the subject of the article; it only cites him, briefly, as the author of a book. The "Poke Heroes" is an article in a local newspaper that mentions him as a collector. "Colorization" mentions his column--and that's sort of the point: it doesn't discuss him per se. Drmies (talk) 21:47, 13 March 2024 (UTC)
- That doesn't explain the meaning of your comment. It seemed like a passive-aggressive way of venting frustration. We appreciate the volunteers who help Wikipedia, but there's a certain decorum, temperament, and demeanor that's expected of you. Samuelrclaesson (talk) 21:51, 13 March 2024 (UTC)
- Alright, good luck with it. Your "it seemed like" is--well, it's passive-aggressive in its own right. Drmies (talk) 00:31, 14 March 2024 (UTC)
- That's not what passive-aggressive is. I was hoping that this would be an opportunity for you to learn from somebody who's had years of graduate and post-graduate education, but it doesn't seem you're willing to learn anything. I was a frequent donor to Wikipedia, but -with the unprofessionalism that you've exhibited- I won't be anymore. Samuelrclaesson (talk) 23:56, 18 March 2024 (UTC)
- FYI, Drmies is a university professor so he has also had years of graduate education. Liz Read! Talk! 02:35, 9 July 2024 (UTC)

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions; however, it appears you may have written a Wikipedia article, or a draft for a Wikipedia article, about yourself, at Samuel Claesson. Creating an autobiography is strongly discouraged – please see our guideline on writing autobiographies. If you create such an article, it may be deleted. If what you have done in life is genuinely notable and can be verified according to our policy for articles about living people, someone else will probably create an article about you sooner or later (see Notable people who have edited Wikipedia). If you wish to add to or change an existing article about yourself, you are welcome to propose the changes by visiting the article's talk page. Please understand that this is an encyclopedia and not a personal web space or social networking site. If your article has already been deleted, please see: Why was the page I created deleted?, and if you feel the deletion was an error, please discuss this with the deleting administrator. Thank you. Speedy deletion nomination of Arthur Sheehan
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Arthur Sheehan requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G4 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be a repost of material that was previously deleted following a deletion discussion, at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Arthur Sheehan. When a page has substantially identical content to that of a page deleted after a discussion, and any changes in the content do not address the reasons for which the material was previously deleted, it may be deleted at any time.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. voorts (talk/contributions) 18:08, 7 July 2024 (UTC)
Managing a conflict of interest
[edit]Hello, Samuelrclaesson. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for article subjects for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization, clients, or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{edit COI}} template)—don't forget to give details of reliable sources supporting your suggestions;
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest § How to disclose a COI);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam § External link spamming);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 02:34, 9 July 2024 (UTC)
