Creating a duplicate copy of an existing page is very rarely helpful, and frequently very unhelpful. If the page is an "Articles for creation" submission, then having two copies of it is likely to waste time of the volunteers who review such submissions, as both of them are likely to be subjected to the same review. Also, it is never acceptable to copy content from one page to another without saying that yo are doing so in your edit summary, as doing so infringes the copyright of the original authors of the content, since Wikipedia's copyright licensing terms require attribution for any copying. Hello Salut65. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially egregious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat SEO.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Salut65. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Salut65|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. MistyGraceWhite (talk) 11:00, 23 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I am a pageant fanatic and also strive to get Pakistan's name in pageants. I run a pageant instagram account called pageantsaroundthe world. Thats why its my hobby to write. All this links that I have accumulated is because of me being an avid follower of pakistan's pageant. Salut65 (talk) 21:50, 23 April 2020 (UTC) You have gone on to delete almost everything on all the pageants of pakistan. Why is that? How come you think they have not contributed to any sort of fame. This seems more as a personal agenda to me. They have very strong links with Pakistan writing about them. Do you have something against the pageant system in general. As it seems you are on some sort of a path where you want their existence to leave forever. Salut65 (talk) 21:54, 23 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon This is your only warning; if you purposefully and blatantly harass fellow Wikipedian(s) again, as you did at User_talk:MistyGraceWhite, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. I asked nicely that you go back to assuming good faith with this editor and work out your problems in the appropriate AfD discussions. MistyGraceWhite also asked nicely that you take the problems to the appropriate AfD discussions as well and stop leaving comments on their TP. Yet, you have continued with your harassment and baseless accusations of prejudice. And now you are making comments like " It is only a matter of time" which by even the narrowest scope can be construed as a threat. Please cease the harassment and/or take any issues you have to the appropriate AfD discussions. Sulfurboy (talk) 00:17, 25 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Salut65, you must not do this much heck. I had told you on my TP that AfD is normal routine of Wikipedia. Provide a better rationale on the deletion discussion, the article shall remain on Wikipedia. I checked a number of these articles, including Aatka Feroz, I did not found any third party reliable reference for it, except one. You should look at WP:1E for some guidelines. Your copy pasting the same thing on each AfD is not right. It is not good. - Aaqib Anjum Aafī (talk) 01:27, 25 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
AaqibAnjum,

I am not talking about her deletion of articles. She has removed a lot of citations about a good 50 from the pageants pages. Not the winners. She did it in such a manner that one cannot even revert back to the original document. She can go ahead and delete what she wants to. Anyways, I have mentioned that she can do as she wishes. There is no one helping to work on the page Miss Paksitan World and the person who started the contest. She then went on to say I am a paid member and I am receiving payment and that I should disclose it. Again I repeat myself, that deletion of pages is not my issue. She her removed over 50 important news articles from pages of Sonia Ahmed and Miss Pakistan World. That is why I am pointing it out to her that she shuld not have done so. I am not harrassing the user. I gave my opinion in a very proper manner. Plus I have given examples of the pages that are pertaining to pageants. Again I am not saying anything about the pages nominated for deletion, I could care less, but yes the user went n 24 hours and nominated all the pages for deletion. Shanzay Hayat is a page that should have never been nominated for deletion yet it is. Anyways, I am no longer going to comment on the user's page. As for me her agenda is quiet clear. Main issue is that a few references are from IMdB, which is not regarded as the most reliable source for articles - see WP:IMDB. Those should be replaced with more reliable sources such as major newspapers for example. Dl2000 (talk) 01:42, 24 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, I did upload a some very relevant links but for some reason the message is still there on the page about unreliable sources.
