Please do not add copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder, as you did to Contasta. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material; such additions will be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously, and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. You should not use WP for spam advertising - and we can not accept material which is cut and pasted from other websites - that is a blatant copyright violation (http://www.contasta.co.uk/catalog/information.php?info_id=6) B1atv 22:20, 22 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy Deletion Templates

[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Please do not remove speedy deletion tags from articles that you have created yourself, as you did with Contasta. If you do not believe the article should be deleted, then please place {{hangon}} on the page (please do not remove any existing speedy deletion tag) and make your case on the article's talk page. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Thank you. shoy 22:34, 22 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of Contasta Ltd

[edit]

A tag has been placed on Contasta Ltd, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia per CSD g11.

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as an appropriate article, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is appropriate, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the article and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the page's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. B1atv 22:50, 22 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Your article

[edit]

Hi. The problems stem from lack of notability and the fact that you appear to be the subject of the article. Musical acts must meet an extremely high standard for notability, outlined at WP:BAND. An "up and coming" performer wouldn't meet the criteria. If you are in fact the subject, there's a conflict of interest outlined at WP:COI. I wish you luck and perhaps someday you will in fact warrant an article. --PMDrive1061 (talk) 19:04, 15 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of Canary Wharf Organisation

[edit]

The article Canary Wharf Organisation has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Doesn't meet the notability guidelines: only sources are two local newspapers; only hits I get online are WP clones. Website is down, Wayback Machine versions don't point to further news coverage or other WP:RS.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
