Hi, I did not know that using multiple accounts on Wikipedia would block it, and every time it was blocked, I would create an account again and then realize that I should not do this. So I ask you to recover my account and I will no longer use the previous accounts. thank you

Then you forgot about WP:SOCK again, set up a new account, and were caught violating the policy. Then you forgot about it again, set up another sock, and were caught.
