[edit]Hi Sadtoseeitsmorning! Thanks for contributing to Wikipedia. |
Hello, Sadtoseeitsmorning. I wanted to let you know that I’m proposing an article that you started, Tony Harding, for deletion because it's a biography of a living person that lacks references. If you don't want Tony Harding to be deleted, please add a reference to the article.
If you don't understand this message, you can leave a note on my talk page.
Thanks, Wgolf (talk) 22:21, 9 February 2014 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for February 11
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Tony Harding, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages IPC, The Victor and Scorcher (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Tony Harding
[edit]As an editor with an interest in British comics, I'd just like to say thanks for adding the article on Tony Harding. The nature of Wikipedia means it tends to give current artists, and especially American ones, the most coverage, so it's always good to bring a little attention to notable British artists of the past. Hope you don't mind me reworking the article a bit to fit Wikipedia's style better. --Nicknack009 (talk) 11:44, 12 February 2014 (UTC)
- Thanks for your message, and my commiserations for your loss. As for images, your father's work will still be in copyright, so any image you upload will need a fair use rationale or it will be deleted. here's an example of one I uploaded for another artist. --Nicknack009 (talk) 12:44, 13 February 2014 (UTC)
- I've gone ahead and added an image from "Look Out for Lefty". --Nicknack009 (talk) 00:17, 14 February 2014 (UTC)
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page. [edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Clifford T. Ward, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page The Late Late Show. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

[edit]The article A Long Way to Blow a Kiss has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Fails WP:NALBUM. Tagged for notability since 2013
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. DonaldD23 talk to me 17:38, 23 October 2023 (UTC)
