While it's good that you've followed our username policy in regards to companies, you'll need to ensure you declare your connections to a company using the {{paid}} template on your user page, as well as placing {{connected contributor (paid)}} on the talk page of any draft article you create.

Lastly, the draft article you created was not appropriate for any Wikipedia article as it was solely about promoting a product, as it was literally titled "Tools Developed by PNNL for Grid Planning and Operation". Please only write about topics that have a chance at meeting our WP:Notability policy, as demonstrated by the fact that they are discussed in depth by reliable and independent sources.
