Kowloon

[edit]

https://wiki.riteme.site/w/index.php?title=Kowloon

Comments:

1. The administrative division of New Kowloon during the British occupation period is not completely explained. Although the majority area of New Kowloon was leased by the British as part of the 1989 New Territories Treaty, there had still been a Chinese enclave remained which later became the Kowloon Walled City. The article describes the Kowloon Walled City as part of New Kowloon but ignores its administrative property. This could mislead audiences to consider the Kowloon Walled City, together with other parts of New Kowloon, as part of the British colony before 1997.

2. Some of the references contain flaws: 10,000 Chinese Numbers is originally published by China History Press, instead of the self-publishing site Lulu.com as written in the reference; the reference of The Hong Kong Region 1850–1911 is missing its ISBN which makes it hard for audiences to keep track of the source.
