Ultimate Spider-Man (TV series)

[edit]

Hi. Welcome to Wikipedia, and thanks for working to improve the site with your edit to Ultimate Spider-Man (TV series), as we really appreciate your participation. However, the edit had to be reverted, because Wikipedia cannot accept unsourced material or original research. This includes material lacking cited sources, or obtained through personal knowledge or unpublished synthesis of previously published material. Wikipedia requires that all material added to articles be accompanied by reliable, verifiable (usually secondary) sources explicitly cited in the text in the form of an inline citation, which you can learn to make here. If you have any other questions about editing, or need help regarding the site's policies, just let me know by leaving a message for me in a new section at the bottom of my talk page. Thanks. :-) Nightscream (talk) 04:00, 3 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Your enthusiasm is appreciated. On the other hand please note;

  1. There is no article for Iron Man 3 yet so don't link to it.
  2. Ben Kingsley has not yet been cast in the film. He is in negotiations and he may or may not be in the film.
  3. Per longstanding consensus we do not add films to an actors filmography until a confirmed release date has been set and that has not occurred for Iron Man 3.

Your cooperation in adhering to Wikipedia's guidelines will be appreciated. However, if you continue to edit in a disruptive fashion you may be blocked from editing. MarnetteD | Talk 01:31, 11 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. At least one of your recent edits, such as the edit you made to The Avengers (2012 film), did not appear to be constructive and has been reverted or removed. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at the welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make some test edits, please use the sandbox for that. See this conversation for more information. Kevinbrogers (talk) 01:35, 13 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to 2012 in film with this edit, did not appear to be constructive, and has been reverted or removed. Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and read the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at The Avengers (2012 film). Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been reverted or removed.

  • If you are engaged in an article content dispute with another editor then please discuss the matter with the editor at their talk page, or the article's talk page. Alternatively you can read Wikipedia's dispute resolution page, and ask for independent help at one of the relevant notice boards.
  • If you are engaged in any other form of dispute that is not covered on the dispute resolution page, please seek assistance at Wikipedia's Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive, until the dispute is resolved through consensus. Continuing to edit disruptively could result in loss of editing privileges. There have been lengthy discussions on this matter already. If you feel this strongly, please discuss before making disruptive changes any longer. Thanks. Kevinbrogers (talk) 00:22, 18 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

This is your last warning. The next time you disrupt Wikipedia, as you did at The Avengers (2012 film), you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Kevinbrogers (talk) 00:02, 19 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent editing history at List of Paramount Pictures films shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly.

To avoid being blocked, instead of reverting please consider using the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection. --TriiipleThreat (talk) 00:27, 19 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 24 hours for distruptice editing across multiple articles and impersonating an automated editing script. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. • What are you doing? You just came off a block for this same behavior. You've convinced me that you will not stop disrupting this project. Please familiarize yourself with the use of article talk pages and user talk pages. Tiderolls 02:48, 29 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
You have been blocked from editing for a period of 2 weeks for vandalism. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. Congrats, by going right back at it you have graduated from disruption to vandalism. Especially when you kick off with "Just felt like it" as an edit summary.

Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Islands of Adventure, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please make use of the sandbox if you'd like to experiment with test edits. Thank you. Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to blank out or remove portions of page content, templates or other materials from Wikipedia, as you did at Islands of Adventure, you may be blocked from editing. David1217 (talk) 23:25, 20 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 3 months for vandalism. You have been repeating the exact same patter coming off of each block. Stop it or the blocks will get longer. And the trolling edit summaries do not help. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions. If you would like to be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. Your recent edits

[edit]

Greetings ... I appreciate your contributions, but unfortunately Paramount has no direct connection to the production of The Avengers. Disney and Marvel Studios were in full control of filming, marketing and distribution, after an agreement and buyout offer Disney made to Paramount regarding many of the films Paramount was originally scheduled to distribute. As part of the agreement, Paramount got its name on the movie poster, in the film titles and receives part of the film's revenues, but that's it. The articles are not meant to give credit where a given editor might think credit is due. They are based on supported and sourced facts. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to leave them here ... at the same time, please do not change these articles again without proper sourcing. Thank you. --McDoobAU93 23:21, 20 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

You have convinced me that your disruption will not cease. I would advise that any unblock request address your repeatedly returning to behaviors that resulted in multiple blocks while refusing discussion or acknowledgement of warnings. Tiderolls 01:02, 23 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
