XGather Promo cards
FYI - there's new promo cards listed here (27-30) for translation addition to the list at List of promotional Rangers Strike cards. JPG-GR (talk) 02:21, 2 April 2011 (UTC)
- Done.—Ryūlóng (竜龙) 02:27, 2 April 2011 (UTC)
I have done this move, fixed no less than fourteen resulting double redirects, and changed "Shiina" to "Sheena" where it seemed appropriate in the early part of the article; can I leave you to check the rest of it? Regards, JohnCD (talk) 13:08, 3 April 2011 (UTC)
- Will do.—Ryūlóng (竜龙) 17:49, 3 April 2011 (UTC)
Rebuild of Evangelion Cast
Saw that you removed cast list from Rebuild of Evangelion page. Thought it would be good to recognize voice talent and it would be redundant to have on four separate pages. Your thoughts? Ode2joy (talk) 03:12, 8 April 2011 (UTC)
- The casts are mentioned on all pages unless there is a central character list (which is the case for Eva as far as I am aware).—Ryūlóng (竜龙) 17:19, 8 April 2011 (UTC)
- Thank you for the response. However, there are only listings of Japanese voice actors (and only three or four on top of that). Cutting out actor lists would be unthinkable on other similar large franchises (Star Wars, ect.) Why should Eva's be different? Ode2joy (talk) 03:14, 20 April 2011 (UTC)
- Well, if the casts are more or less the same throughout each film, it is not entirely necessary to feature the same information on multiple articles.—Ryūlóng (竜龙) 18:16, 20 April 2011 (UTC)

Just for the record
If you had just said trivial I would not have come here. I think it is trivial too, but not so overwhelming as to take the focus off the rest of the article. Adding "bullshit" to the end of it served no purpose except to antagonise other editors. AIRcorn (talk) 01:18, 21 April 2011 (UTC)
- And it is my final statement on this matter that I did not mean it in an antagonizing way.—Ryūlóng (竜龙) 01:19, 21 April 2011 (UTC)
- While it was not your intent, such language is clearly getting other peoples' goats; you should really cut down on the language. It just makes people feel annoyed and disrespected. - The New Age Retro Hippie used Ruler! Now, he can figure out the length of things easily. 23:32, 21 April 2011 (UTC)
Goren
Should ゴレンゴーカイオー be "Goren Gokaioh" or "Goran Gokaioh"? ~Marvelous2011~ ( ★ AlienX2009 ★ ) 23:36, 22 April 2011 (UTC)
- We'll go with Goren.—Ryūlóng (竜龙) 00:10, 23 April 2011 (UTC)
- Also, how are we going to translate the 豪 part of 豪獣神? Amazing, Mighty, Great, Powerful? ~Marvelous2011~ ( ★ AlienX2009 ★ ) 00:13, 23 April 2011 (UTC)
- We're going to call that Gozyujin (unless something comes up) and 豪 is brave.—Ryūlóng (竜龙) 00:21, 23 April 2011 (UTC)
- Wouldn't it be better to call it Gojyujin instead os Gozyujin? So it is not to be confused with Zyuranger. ~Marvelous2011~ ( ★ AlienX2009 ★ ) 00:36, 23 April 2011 (UTC)
- I am fairly certain that is the reason they chose the name. Also, there is never a y after any J in Hepburn.—Ryūlóng (竜龙) 01:07, 23 April 2011 (UTC)

Search Guard Successor Foundation pics
First you tell me I can't post screenshots of the individual members on the Gokaigers article. Then you insist that the Search Guard Successor Foundation keeps the character screenshots, which happen to be yours. What's the deal? - Areaseven (talk) 12:25, 26 April 2011 (UTC)
- Those are old. Yours were new. Find a screencap of all of the Boukengers out of suit and then we can remove them all.—Ryūlóng (竜龙) 17:52, 26 April 2011 (UTC)
- Okay, your logic doesn't make sense, especially since you deleted all of the individual Special Police Dekaranger pics and yet there isn't a picture of the team out of their suits. The way I see it, you're biased towards your own uploads. - Areaseven (talk) 01:29, 27 April 2011 (UTC)
- As you said, those were fansub screencaps. If you can get a screencap of the Boukengers out of suit, the six images will be deleted.—Ryūlóng (竜龙) 01:34, 27 April 2011 (UTC)
- So why did it take you years to realize those were fansub screencaps? - Areaseven (talk) 02:47, 27 April 2011 (UTC)
- I never paid attention to them until you pointed it out.—Ryūlóng (竜龙) 17:56, 27 April 2011 (UTC)

Rotation Battle
Do you think you could help find a Rotation Battle image that also has the touch screen portion intact? I'm trying to avoid using only half of the image, you see, and all of the images seem to be of the top half of the two screens. - The New Age Retro Hippie used Ruler! Now, he can figure out the length of things easily. 18:01, 27 April 2011 (UTC)
- I'll see what I can do.—Ryūlóng (竜龙) 18:06, 27 April 2011 (UTC)
- As for the Orange Islands image, I think that the Orange Islands were too minor in the grand scheme of things, whereas areas such as Johto which made multiple appearances in major titles are given no visual depiction. - The New Age Retro Hippie used Ruler! - Then maybe we should get a map of both Kanto and Johto to replace the Kanto one, and also move the Sinnoh map over.—Ryūlóng (竜龙) 18:26, 27 April 2011 (UTC)
- That's a good idea, at least for the Kanto part; not 100% sold on Sinnoh's inclusion yet, even though it would be weird to have one less image. I think that maybe we could use the combined Kanto/Johto image, the Unova image, and the basis for Hoenn and Sinnoh, as the first two gens and the last gen are definitely the most notable and/or the most discussed regions in the series. - The New Age Retro Hippie used Ruler! Now, he can figure out the length of things easily. 18:31, 27 April 2011 (UTC)
- Well, fair use images can be used on more than one page. You just need to write up a new rationale for it on the new page.—Ryūlóng (竜龙) 18:39, 27 April 2011 (UTC)
- Yeah, but I just don't think that it is strong enough to need five fair use images. For instance, we do not give a fair use image to every character on a character list. - The New Age Retro Hippie used Ruler! Now, he can figure out the length of things easily. 18:45, 27 April 2011 (UTC)
- It's an article on the geography of a fictional setting. We can forget the Orange Islands, get an image of both Kanto & Johto as they're one landmass, get rid of the Kanto map, and add the Sinnoh map, it's only 4 fair use images that are directly related to the subject. That and we can add maps of Hokkaido, Kyushu, etc.—Ryūlóng (竜龙) 19:10, 27 April 2011 (UTC)
