Hi Rw. I added Globus toolkit as a separate article rather than redirect to globus alliance as per an old suggestion of yours on the Gris Computing talk page. Its a tiny stub for now, feel free to contribute. ora 08:27, 4 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Rw, I just modified the paragraph (you removed) to be more accurate. If you find its content to still be inaccurate please let me know where it is inaccurate and I will modify it accordingly. On the other hand, if you'd like to start a discussion regarding the various issues relating to the IRSR development and concepts we could certainly do that. Thanks, ID. Paragraph: Various Open Source concepts have been developed and were been made available widely over the internet. The first personal "PC" grid concept (that empowers the end user to embed his own personal system into a WAN, LAN, or WAN/LAN based grid architecture) was conceived, developed, and disseminated by Ilon Dalon and Dr. Sam Rabinowitz of Invisionix Systems in early 2004. Another similar concept was made available publically by the eyeOS Project. These types of concepts empower the end user to have access to his/her own virtual computer system that is physically located on one or more computing modules (which may be located in more than a single physical location and accessed from any remote location.) The only requirements for such metasystems to exist and be used include the need for a connection to the internet and some form of a device that uses a web browser as a front end. The end user accesses his/her personal grid computer via the web browser. User:ilanrab 9 May 2006

Hi there. I have started a reorganisation/rewrite of Grid computing on a sub-page, see the info at http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Talk:Grid_computing#Reorganisation . Your input would be greatly appreciated. Cheers. ora 17:09, 23 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not delete content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to grid computing, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Cloud computing edits

[edit]

If you have a close connection to some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article cloud computing, you may have a conflict of interest. In keeping with Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, edits where there is a conflict of interest, or where such a conflict might reasonably be inferred from the tone of the edit and the proximity of the editor to the subject, are strongly discouraged. If you have a conflict of interest, you should avoid or exercise great caution when:

  1. editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with;
  2. participating in deletion discussions about articles related to your organization or its competitors;
  3. linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam); and,
  4. avoid breaching relevant policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies.

For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for businesses. For more details about what, exactly, constitutes a conflict of interest, please see our conflict of interest guidelines. Thank you. samj (talk) 20:02, 25 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on cloud computing. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. If necessary, pursue dispute resolution. samj (talk) 20:02, 25 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop your disruptive editing, such as the edit you made to cloud computing. If your vandalism continues, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Take it to the talk page. samj (talk) 20:02, 25 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
