This is the only warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.
The next time you insert a spam link, as you did to Bible, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Spammers may have their websites blacklisted as well, preventing their websites from appearing on Wikipedia. -- Blanchardb -MeMyEarsMyMouth- timed 02:42, 11 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, sure. You cannot even get my name right on my web page. One thing though is that I am extremely litigious. And unless your attorneys are better than my attorneys, you could find yourself in a bind for several years. Believe me, I can say from experience that you would not like it at all. So don't touch my page except to correct my name. Got that? Besides, I seriously doubt that you can defend Wikipedia from Canada. These people over here are begging for money because they are broke. I can practically shut the whole thing down, if you want to try me. And I will do it too. So back off. Now, I am a religious author. I write my books for the paranoid and parapsychological conspiracy people who won't hear the truth of God's Word any other way. Knowing all that, let us see if you "call my bluff", which is no bluff at all. And straighten up my name! Russell Dan Smith

Whether or not you're bluffing is not relevant. See WP:LEGAL. -- Blanchardb -MeMyEarsMyMouth- timed 03:06, 12 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
You have been indefinitely blocked from editing for making legal threats or taking legal action. You are not allowed to edit Wikipedia as long as the threats stand or the legal action is unresolved. If you believe that a legal action is warranted, you may contact our information team at info-en@wikimedia.org and they may forward it to our legal counsel or a more appropriate venue. If you believe this block is unjustified you may contest this block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} below, but you should read our guide to appealing blocks first.

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who declined the request. Other administrators may also review this block, but should not override the decision without good reason (see the blocking policy).

Request reason:

Appeal once and once only for the following reasons: (1) This corporation is a foreign entity that operates within the United States without regard for the laws thereof and is therefore in violation of the Homeland Securities Act. This can be proven by certain specific pages thereon. (2) Wikipedia is predicated on an allowance of any person writing and editing any and all materials. This provides a forum for input by terrorists, both external and internal, to communicate with each other by code. This provides a threat to the security of the United States under the Homeland Securities Act. (3) Specific writings on the home page of the entity's religious editor prove that no blockage actions were in existence until the unilateral decision to block the plaintiff, making the blockage illegal under the laws of the United States, including but not limited to the Freeedom of Speech clause of the 1st Amendment of the United States Constitution. (4) The writings blocked by the religion editor were religious materials and were a product of religious discrimination disallowed by any editors in the United States under but not limited to the Freedom of Religion clause of the 1st Amendment of the United States Constitution. (5) Plaintiff was blocked by the religion editor specifically for stating his right to access the Courts as guaranteed by the Access to the Courts clause of the 1st Amendment of the United States. This is proven by the direct writing thereof. Relief to be requested: (A) Wikipedia develop and use technology to disallow its use in any way within the United States or any area thereof. (B) Grant to Plaintiff damages both compensatory and punitive in the amount of one billion dollars ($1,000,000,000) from any and all individuals acting in concert with or in employment of Wikipedia within the United States. You have 30 days. Russelldansmith (talk) 19:00, 12 February 2010 (UTC)Russell Dan Smith[reply]

Decline reason:

This is a reiteration of your legal threat, and as such I am revoking your talk page access. By the by, the restrictions placed by the Bill of Rights do not apply on entities that are not the United States Congress. —Jeremy (v^_^v Boribori!) 06:19, 13 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked

[edit]

Hello. I see that you have been blocked from editing Wikipedia but that you are the subject of an article. We take very seriously our responsibility to article subjects. If there are factual errors with your article, you currently have the following options:

  • As long as this page is not locked, you can post proposed amendments here and ask for help from an editor who is not blocked. To do this, click "New section" above, start a section with a title like "article error" and include the following wiki code: {{helpme}}
  • You can contact Wikipedia by email, to get in touch with a system manned by volunteers who are experienced Wikipedians and well versed in our policies. Note, however, that they are only volunteers; Wikipedia has no editorial board. Please read that page carefully for guidance on what our volunteers will and will not do to help you.

Before you do either of the above, please note the following:

  • You should restrict yourself to provable errors of fact. We can help you if you can state:
  • We cannot help you unless you can verify your request by reference to such sources; repeated requests without sources may be seen as vexatious.
  • Legal threats are absolutely forbidden, any communications regarding legal action must be sent by registered mail to the Wikimedia Foundation at its postal address. Any form of legal threat may result in your being prevented from making comments on this, your talk page.
  • Please do not be tempted to grandstand. Wikipedia editors will be pleased to help with factual errors, but differences of opinion or interpretation, flame wars or expressions of general dissatisfaction with Wikipedia, its processes, editors, administrators and so on will, I'm afraid, be ignored and possibly removed. We are well aware of our faults but we believe that they are best fixed in an atmosphere of calm reflection.

Above all, please remember that this message is intended to help you. We know you are upset and probably angry, and we probably can't fix that right now, but please believe that we are sincerely committed to ensuring that we do not compound this by perpetuating inaccuracies in your article.
