Hello, apologies for the wrongful edit, actually, the surname 'Ashtekar' should not be leading directly to the page of Mr. Abhay Ashtekar. There must be a disambiguation. Unknowingly, I redirected it by mistake to the main page of Swakula Sali. I'll try to create a disambiguation, please accept the sincere apologies. And thank you for alerting me to the change. If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Life Rolls On requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about an organization or company, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Life rolls on

[edit]

Unfortunately, as laudable as the intentions of the organization may be, this enterprise also has goals. It is the intention of Wikipedia to be a tertiary source, which mean it is NOT for promoting entities, but for covering what reputable sources have already said about the organization. I don't doubt that the organization is reputable, but others will write about it, and then it can be covered in Wikipedia.--SPhilbrickT 17:42, 25 December 2010 (UTC) Okay, I get your point. Thanks for the reply. I appreciate it and what you said I will take care of in the future. Rudvedic (talk) 17:47, 25 December 2010 (UTC)rudvedic[reply]

A tag has been placed on File:Amitabh Bachachan In Khushbu Gujarat Ki.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a non-free file with a clearly invalid licensing tag; or it otherwise fails some part of the non-free content criteria. If you can find a valid tag that expresses why the file can be used under the fair use guidelines, please replace the current tag with that tag. If no such tag exists, please add the {{non-free fair use in|article name that the file is used in}} tag, along with a brief explanation of why this constitutes fair use of the file. If the file has been deleted, you can re-upload it, but please ensure you place the correct tag on it.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. ♛♚★Vaibhav Jain★♚♛ Talk Email 14:46, 27 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for File:Handicraft of kutch.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Handicraft of kutch.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.

To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 15:05, 27 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:Permanent camping places hodko dhordo 02.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright and licensing status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can verify that it has an acceptable license status and a verifiable source. Please add this information by editing the image description page. You may refer to the image use policy to learn what files you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. The page on copyright tags may help you to find the correct tag to use for your file. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please also check any other files you may have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. ww2censor (talk) 15:30, 27 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Speedy deletion nomination of Faiza Hassan

[edit]

Hello Rudvedic,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Faiza Hassan for deletion, because it seems to be promotional, rather than an encyclopedia article.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Pixarh (talk) 16:02, 30 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Faiza Hassan

[edit]

Dear Rudvedic, it is disheartening to see you are already facing a lot of deletes previously. Let me first ask you, do you need help?
I figured out that the article name you intended was actually Faiza Hassan and not Fiaza Hassan so I moved it and it was Faiza Hassan. That was an obvious mistake so I rectified it voluntarily. However, your article seemed promotional only because it contained primary research and no references at all. To get an idea as to how an ideal article should be have a look at WP:GA. Then make the article accordingly but make sure that whatever article you create, meets the basic Wikipedia policies and guidelines, the most important being that of verification. Even if I had not tagged your article for deletion, some other editor might have, so do not take it personally. It is just that this is an encyclopedia and for any article to exist here, it needs to meet certain criteria.
So best of luck and ask me of you need help. You can ping me and also write at my talk page.Pixarh (talk) 17:42, 1 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

You may consider creating the article first in your user space. You can start the new article there, on a subpage; you can get it in shape, take your time, insert references and other editors like myself may help work you on it, and then only you may move it into the "live" part of Wikipedia once it is ready to go. You may also like to read Wikipedia:Writing better articles or Wikipedia:Your first article. Pixarh (talk) 18:04, 1 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Finding stubs and making them grow

A stub is an article that provides at least a basic definition but does not go much beyond it. It may not be the perfect article yet, but each stub should have the potential to become one. See Wikipedia:Find or fix a stub for ways to locate stubs. For example, click what links here on that same page, or on Template:Stub (the stub notice).

Still not enough stubs? Then try Wikipedia:Requests for page expansion, or set the threshold for stub display in your user Preferences. That option sets a number of characters threshold value. Links to articles with fewer characters are shown in dark red. This makes it very easy to spot stubs. If the stub notice is a generic notice consider sorting the stub into a stub category.

To add this auto-updating template to your user page, use {{totd}}

Information icon Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:

  1. Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
  2. With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.

This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 18:13, 1 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
