Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My IP address is 102.176.65.206. Internet Service Provider: Ghana Telecommunications Company Limited,I am new to Wikipedia but I get IP block whenever I want to edit a page, without the information about I think it's a global IP block, the last "206" keeps changing randomly, what should I do?. My IP address is 102.176.65.108 I honestly am not using a VPN. The Internet Service Provider (ISP) I'm using is Ghana Telecommunications Company Limited, known as Vodafone. My IP address is 102.176.101.105. Hello, I am writing to request an unblock of my IP address. I recently created an account on Wikipedia to contribute to the project, but I was blocked shortly after. I believe this was a mistake, because I have not done anything wrong or violated any policies. I think my IP address might have been blocked because of the actions of another user who shares the same IP address, or because of a false positive by an automated system.
