A Wikipedia article should never cite another Wikipedia article as a source, although it should link to other relevant articles. I have removed the incorrect citations, and some language that had a rather promotional tone. If I were to re-review this at the current moment, I would have to decline it as not citing sufficient sources to establish its notability. See Our guideline on the notability of organizations.
