Information icon Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit you made to David Lawrence (actor), did not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use your sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Do not restore this article again. It has been deleted through the proper Wikipedia processes and the subject deemed non-notable. The recent restoration was clearly done by a promotional account which has now been blocked. -- ferret (talk) 00:02, 5 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abusing multiple accounts. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Jezebel's Ponyobons mots 16:52, 5 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Unfair block of my user account

Request reason:

Dear Jezebel Poyo. Respectfully, you have unfairly blocked my user account. My contributions were in compliance with the terms and conditions of Wikipedia. The password to my first account BTProductions was not saved, and after I requested it reset I did not receive a reset link even after 24 hours. I requested it multiple times, and was warned the account would become inactivate if I requested the password too many times. Therefore I had to create a new account. I also object to the first account being deemed a promotional account. It is not simple as a first timer to contribute to Wikipedia. The page I expanded, note not created, existed on Wikipedia for almost fifteen years before the auto revert happened. This happened only recently. Other Wikipedia editors from around the world worked on it after me. After consulting a Wikipedia administrator through the help function, I followed the steps to remove the auto redirect and expand the biography in order to avoid this happening again. I used references. All information was verifiable. The subject is also mentioned in five other wikipedia pages. Please take time to verify sources and fact check rather than resorted to unsubstantiated Wikipedia user consensus alone. Every time I undid the revert, I explained in the edit summary why. I was within my right to do so. I put a lot of work into my edits as I am passionate about the correct and factual legacy of this Canadian filmmaker. I'm more than happy to bring this matter to dispute arbitration as i'm confident the subject is notable. Thank you.

Decline reason:

Please request unblock from your original account. The merits of the block will only be considered there. 331dot (talk) 10:44, 9 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

That is incorrect. This user account was created yesterday at 12:08 pm the BTP block happened today. "Hello. I cannot request to undo that one because as I said I don't have a password reset link for it. Here is the time I created the account:
Why are you so mean? I genuinely don't understand. What is the best way to dispute an unjust auto revert? In any case your reasons for blocking me are unfair and I will dispute.— Preceding unsigned comment added by RoyalCanuck (talkcontribs)
You only need one open unblock request; subsequent comments should be standard, unformatted comments. 331dot (talk) 10:42, 9 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
