[edit]You made a considerable number of changes there with a single edit. That makes the changes messy. As a common practice, you should create a new section on the article's talk page and make a summary of the changes you made to the article. Ktrimi991 (talk) 22:48, 18 March 2023 (UTC)
- Thank you for your message @Ktrimi991. While I agree that I made some copywriting changes in a single edit, I don't see any issues with it being messy. Quite contrary. However, I appreciate any advice you may have on how to improve my editing process.
- I have noticed that there were a few biased tones in the article, possibly due to its circulation on social media. Therefore, I believe it's important to present the most comprehensive and accurate view of the topic. Can you please provide suggestions on how I can achieve this? Thank you. - The editing history logs show that you added more than 5000 bytes of text to the article, so you did not do only copyeditting. Hence you should create a new section on the article's talk page and explain there what new content you added. Otherwise your edits might get reverted due to being messy. On further improvements to the article, feel free to make them. If anyone obcjects, then you should sort out the disagreement on the article's talk page. If you need more advice, feel free to ask me. Cheers, Ktrimi991 (talk) 23:06, 18 March 2023 (UTC)
- Goes without saying when changes are made to the copywriting, it is important to also review the sources used. In addition to including existing sources, new sources were added as well. Although there doesn't seem to be a lot of recent activity on the page, I followed your recommendation and left a message on the Talk page regarding my contribution. I fail to see where the messiness lies, as the article has become more clear and concise, but this is just my personal opinion. Thank you for your help, it is greatly appreciated. - You will learn gradually. The most important thing for an editor is to have the desire to learn and make edits that benefit the articles. Ktrimi991 (talk) 23:23, 18 March 2023 (UTC)
- It is a bit of a mind fog to get around here, but you are right. I saw some comments on Facebook groups and Reddit pages I belong to regarding some topics and editing issues, I think there were people there who were previously contributing to them, so I thought I would check it out and see what the fuss was about :) Rootcragsar (talk) 23:29, 18 March 2023 (UTC)
