User talk:Romans1423
Hi, Rick!
This is RPaltza on the CARS Die-Cast Model web discussion. I didn't realize that YOU were Romans1423; you are a brother in the Lord Jesus Christ! AMEN!! Thank you so much for sharing your information as a toy dept. manager. Where do you live, and for which store are you the toy dept. manager?
With all this brouhaha about when and where Mattel will finally be releasing the Wave 4 Single Packs, it is very important to keep our eyes lifted up, for Our Redemption draws nigh! Keeping this whole CARS thing in perspective is important, as it is very easy to get carried away with all the anticipation/expectation of finding these die-cast model cars in stores. What began as a simple investment in something interesting, can easily end up clouding one's mind from the things of God. Maintaining a sound perspective, investing in the unseen eternal rather than what is here below, is of utmost importance for us as Christians.
God bless you, my brother. Keep on keeping on in our Lord Jesus Christ. Rpaltza 00:51, 17 February 2007 (UTC)RPaltza
Your edit to Cars Diecast Line
[edit]Hi, I noticed you updated the page based on the claims of a guy calling himself ACW. I think these should be reverted, as: 1. He has no source to verify his claims. 2. He is an anonymous user whose only two edits were in the discussion. Until he provides evidence that the cars he says are coming are coming, we shouldn't add it on the main page. - I'm inclined to agree and I'm glad this caught someone's attention. However, are there sources for much of what is listed as Wave 4? The only ones which are presently out and available and definitely confirmed are the Ferrari Fans and Monsters Inc. 2-packs. Many others have been listed, removed, listed, removed, listed, removed, etc., from the Cars toys page, so I wonder if they should all be stripped out and added only if a link to an actually available toy may be provided? I don't know. What do you think?
