Uploading logos in Wikipedia

[edit]

Please stop uploading logos that you just found in Google and tagged it as your own creation. If you want to continue to upload logos, tag them as non-free fair use. Please read Wikipedia:Non-free content for more details. -WayKurat (talk) 08:40, 13 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome!

[edit]

Hello, Roi Casilana, and welcome to Wikipedia! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of the pages you created may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines, and may not be retained.

There's a page about creating articles you may want to read called Your first article. If you are stuck, and looking for help, please come to the Teahouse, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Or, you can just type {{help me}} on this page, followed by your question, and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. If you have any questions, check out Wikipedia:Questions or ask me on my talk page. Again, welcome! Sixth of March 13:54, 14 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm Oshwah. I noticed that you recently removed some content from DWLS  with this edit, without explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 04:52, 15 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Uploading logos in Wikipedia

[edit]

For the nth time, PLEASE STOP UPLOADING COPYRIGHTED LOGOS IN WIKIMEDIA COMMONS! You have uploaded a number of logos in Commons for the past week and claimed every one of them as if it was your own creation. This may cause you to be blocked not only in Commons but here in Wikipedia as well. Please abide by the rules regarding the use of non free images. -WayKurat (talk) 15:49, 20 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of DWDA

[edit]

The article DWDA has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

subject's notability not established

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Proposed deletion of Potpot and Friends

The article Potpot and Friends has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Not suitability to become an article itself. And also, I do see it as promotional term programming only.
