ISCB WIkipedia competition

[edit]

Dear Rohitgupta89,

You had signed up to enter an entry in the ISCB Wikipedia competition for Computational Biology on the topics of Next-generation sequencing and Parameter estimation in Systems Biology. It does not look like you decided to make any changes to those articles. If you think that is an error please contact me as soon as possible. Alexbateman (talk) 13:08, 10 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

ISCB Wikipedia Competition 2013

[edit]

Dear User:Rohitgupta89,

I thought that you would be interested to know that the International Society for Computational Biology was running its Wikipedia competition again this year. You can find out more at the URL below:

http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Wikipedia:WikiProject_Computational_Biology/ISCB_competition_announcement_2013

To enter you must still be a student or post-doctoral trainee. I would also be grateful if you could also let your colleagues know about the competition as we would like to get even more great entries this year :-)

Best wishes. Alexbateman (talk) 14:14, 22 August 2013 (UTC)[reply]

ISCB Wikipedia competition 2017 - final stretch

[edit]

Hi Rohitgupta89, thanks for signing up as a participant in the ISCB Wikipedia competition. The period for eligible edits will end on December 31 (UTC), just over four weeks from now. On behalf of the organizers, I would like to encourage you to move forward along this final stretch of the event: as a reminder, your claimed articles are Cancer Systems Biology and Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors. If you've any questions or comments, I would be happy to read them on my talk page, or on the competition talk page. Thanks, and good luck! Amkilpatrick (talk) 09:38, 1 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

ISCB Wikipedia competition 2017 - multiple entries and duplicate entries

[edit]

Hi Rohitgupta89, Thank you for your entries to the ISCB Wikipedia Competition. I noticed that you currently have three entries (Cancer Systems Biology, Metabolomics and Structural Bioinformatics); however, the rules allow only two entries per person. Could I ask you to update the entry list with the two articles you'd like to enter?

Additionally, Structural Bioinformatics was also claimed by PalashSethi and I wanted to check if this was a group entry?

Thanks! Amkilpatrick (talk) 09:53, 4 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for letting me know, I will go ahead and remove metabolomics from the list since I haven't done much work on it anyway.
