Hi. Unfortunately, there wasn't anything in the article which established this drummer's notability. The bar is set extremely high for inclusion due to the vast number of articles on singers, artists and musicians the site receives every day. You can find the standards at WP:BAND. If the drummer is in fact notable, you would need to list verifiable third-party references such as major media coverage, opening for a notable act on tour, etc. Thank you for taking the time to ask rather than simply replacing the article.
