Hey Rokchak!
Can you help me? It's not a normal problem, and has nothing to do with English Wikipedia. Ruwaym (talk) 20:15, 10 July 2022 (UTC)
- @Ruwaym: It depends on the issue. I'm hesitant to do anything outside of English Wikipedia.--Rockchalk717 20:26, 10 July 2022 (UTC)
- I read your page, looks cool.
- I consider EnWiki a Global gathering place. No need to do anything, you can give advise or guide. I just want talk to someone. My story: I am from ArWikipedia, been there for 3 years, my interests are clear, but i had some CONDUCT isssues, it was natural for a hot-headed new user. But it's been a while since I really understood what Wikipedia is; If I want to be here for a long time, I have to stay "calm" and not to "discuss" so much. I been blocked in FaWikipedia for indefinite, consider myself an affected user of Sockophobia and Apeirophobia. I can almost say that in small wikis, blocking is a personal decision and has little to do with the policy of blocking. So, i wanna move. What do you think about English Wikipedia? Do admins easily block here? They are friendly or just negative? Ruwaym (talk) 20:43, 10 July 2022 (UTC)
- @Ruwaym: I don't have much basis for comparison with blocking but I'll do what I can Definitely do not fall back into your same habits from other Wikis is the number one piece of advice. When something happens on Wikipedia that bugs me, I let it go for a couple hours and make sure I cool down before I come back. As far as blocking is concerned, they do a pretty good job of assuming good faith excluding vandalism. I haven't personally ever been blocked but there was a couple times I've been threatened with it in the past. Just don't violate the core behavior policies and be responsive on your talkpage and you should be fine..--Rockchalk717 04:43, 11 July 2022 (UTC)
- Just after we talked, I got Wikipedia:Kateb Maktub will be held soon. It can be a new beginning for me.
- Thanks for your words Roko. I want to read the biographies you wrote. It seems that we have both worked on them in a "local" way. Ruwaym (talk) 10:16, 11 July 2022 (UTC)

Chiefs jersey numbers
There is a Twitter user that tweets out new jersey numbers for each team, and it turns out that he is a reliable user, because usually when he tweets out that a player has a jersey number assigned, then usually, 99.9% of the time, the jersey numbers will soon be placed on the team’s website, and I believe it’s true, so should I change my edits back to the way it was (revert my own edits and wait until it is official), or should I leave it as is? ReaganHoang10 (talk) 00:12, 29 July 2022 (UTC)
- @ReaganHoang10: what's the Twitter account. I'll tell you if it can be used as a reliable source. Also, a failed physical designation does not end with a player on IR if they clear waivers, that's waived/injured.--Rockchalk717 00:57, 29 July 2022 (UTC)
The Twitter account that I copied information from is @nfl_jersey_num ReaganHoang10 (talk) 01:08, 29 July 2022 (UTC)
I mean the jersey number information ReaganHoang10 (talk) 01:13, 29 July 2022 (UTC)
Plus the citation for Cortez Broughton said that he cleared waivers and was sent back to the PUP list ReaganHoang10 (talk) 01:20, 29 July 2022 (UTC)
- @ReaganHoang10: That definitely is not what Wikipedia would consider a reliable source. They don't appear to be affiliated with any established website and the owner of the Twitter account and the website provided on the Twitter account does not provide their name to verify if they fit Wikipedia's definition of a known expert. Not saying their information is inaccurate necessarily, but definitely do use try to use them as a source. Also, regarding Broughton, that has not been announced yet nor has it appeared on the transaction wire. All transactions must be official via one of those ways before the template should be updated.--Rockchalk717 01:24, 29 July 2022 (UTC)
