[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Matt Sky has been reverted.
Your edit here was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline from Wikipedia. The external link you added or changed is on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. I removed the following link(s): http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=6125&id=100000817476765. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a media file (e.g. an image file) on an external server, then note that linking to such files may be subject to Wikipedia's copyright policy and therefore probably should not be linked to. Please consider using our upload facility to upload a suitable media file.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 10:07, 6 September 2010 (UTC)
Matt Sky
[edit]Hi, in regards to the Matt Sky article, you may want to read WP:BLP1E, If reliable sources cover the person only in the context of a single event, and if that person otherwise remains, or is likely to remain, a low-profile individual, we should generally avoid having an article on them. -Reconsider! 13:08, 7 September 2010 (UTC)
Feedback
[edit]Please see Wikipedia:Requests for feedback/2010 September 6.
Delivered by MessageDeliveryBot on behalf of Chzz (talk) at 14:09, 13 September 2010 (UTC).
A discussion has begun about whether the article Matt Sky, which you created or to which you contributed, should be deleted. While contributions are welcome, an article may be deleted if it is inconsistent with Wikipedia policies and guidelines for inclusion, explained in the deletion policy.
The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Matt Sky until a consensus is reached, and you are welcome to contribute to the discussion.
You may edit the article during the discussion, including to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. NW (Talk) 04:21, 15 September 2010 (UTC)
Autobio
[edit]You e-mail me shamelessly admitting that the article is an autobio. We do not like self-promoters here. When you become notable, rest assured that someone will no COI will write about you here. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 23:00, 6 November 2010 (UTC)
- There are others that I've found who have written their own wikis should I inform you of them so they can be deleted?
- Also if someone else who has met me and has journalistic integrity writes it will u be unable to delete it?
- Also, may I ask what is your official position at Wikipedia? — Robotman23 (talk · contribs) [via e-mail]
Replies: 1) don't tell me - use the appropriate deletion mechanism: {{db}}, {{prod}} or AfD depending on how bad they are. 2) more important than journalistic integrity is a record of making worthwhile contributions to Wikipedia - see this advice. Of course I would still be able to delete it - whether that deletion would meet with community approval is a different matter! 3) I am an admin. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 23:25, 7 November 2010 (UTC)
- Thanks didn't mean to cause you trouble. I didn't know you couldnt add an artocleceith you innit since others I know did it and even recommended me do it. Am I able to start a new user acct so I can call for their deletion. One specifically is extremely self PR and I know for certain not even factual. I was trying in mine to at least be neutral and just list the relevant news coverage. Nothing more. — Robotman23 (talk · contribs) [via e-mail]
Please translate "artocleceith you innit" into English. I have already blocked Robotman26 (talk · contribs). Why do you need another account? Why cannot you make deletion proposals using this account? — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 14:34, 8 November 2010 (UTC)
