Welcome
[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Take a look at the welcome page. To stay in Wikipedia, an article has to be about something notable, that is, of general interest. Click on Notability for an explanation of what that means, and on Notability (organizations and companies) for more detail. Also, it must be verifiable from reliable sources that are independent of the subject. Articles that don't meet these requirements are likely to be deleted.
- For advice about creating articles, read the Introduction and the Guide to creating your first article.
- You should not write articles about yourself, your band, your group, your client, your website or your best friend - that's a conflict of interest.
- Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not an advertising service, notice-board or listing directory. Please read FAQ/Organizations before you write about your own product or organization.
- For experiments, please use the sandbox.

Suggestion
[edit]Hi Robert, I noticed that you have 2 articles which may end up being deleted. Echoes of Apollo and World Moon Bounce Day. One item that may be of concern here is our guideline Wikipedia:Conflict of interest. Personally I would like to see these articles in a workable state. My suggestion would be to combine the two articles, move them into your user space, and work on getting them up to acceptable levels. Another page that may be of interest is WP:WEB. I think there may be some life in this project, especially considering that it also entails a future event, but I'm not sure they will last as they stand. You may want to read over WP:N which is our notability guideline, especially the WP:GNG which is a brief rundown. I can see that you've put some work into this, but fear that it's not quite ready for article space yet. I am more than willing to help, but I fear that as the articles stand at the moment, it will be tagged for deletion. Please feel free to contact me. Best — Ched : ? 05:26, 9 October 2009 (UTC)
