about changing the incorrect reference name from "Kubilis I. P.", to the correct one "Kubilius J."
[edit]In Alexander Buchstab there are 2 typos in the cited source, full text is available here:
1. The original paper (in Russian, look at the very at the bottom) mistyped "Й. П. Кубилис" instead of "Й. П. Кубилюс"
2. Then the first letter of the first name "Й." was incorrectly translated to English as "I."
3. In Soviet Union there was a tradition to give a middle name, which is the first name of father's name (slightly changing it by adding the end "-ich" or something like that) and it's still a tradition in Russia. That's why in Russian papers Jonas Kubilius often referred to as Йонас Пятрович Кубилюс (the father of Jonas Kubilius was Petras Kubilius and the Lithuanian name Petras translates to Russian as Пётр, that explains the middle name Пятрович)
4. Андрей Борисович Шидловский is one of the co-authors of the paper and you can see a connection to Йонас Пятрович Кубилюс (not Кубилис) in this interesting article.
