I really like the depth of information that you were able to compile on the disease! I would take into consideration though that the average person may find it a little dense to get through, especially since most people go to wikipedia for quick information. Can there be any familial susceptibility to this?

Hey sorry I'm doing this so late but a series of events prevented me.

The information that you were able to compile is great. It is concise and to the point which is what I appreciate. I understand that it must be hard to gather information for a wiki page such as this. I think you know this but putting the abstract above the table of contents is ideal, however, I had trouble doing this in my sandbox as well, but no problem doing this in the editing section for the actually disease.

Just some things I'm curious in that you may not have put in, maybe due to the lack of information that is available. Were there racial demographics involved with this disease and how does it pass from a generation to generation, like recessive or dominant? Also, are there stages to this disease or does the patient seem to get all the observable symptoms at once?

For grammar purposes, the only things that really stood out was the capitalization of some words. Like, Adhiposis dolorous, Morbus Dercum, Adipose tissue Rehumatism (which all can maybe have a hyperlink to the wikipage, if possible), Disease after Dercum's.
