Hello. How is it that you clain the note you removed from binomial distribution is redundant? I don't see it elsewhere in that paragraph. (My more cynical tendencies cause me to suspect that you could have mistaken the part about np ≥ 5 and n(1 − p) ≥ 5 for something relevant to the continuity correction, although it is a different thing altogether.)
