The pages you copied say 'copyright' at the bottom. No matter who they are from, NGO or commercial, they are copyright and cannot be brought into Wikipedia. Wikipedia, on the other hand, IS licensed for free reuse anywhere by anyone. This is under CC-BY-SA. This means that text that is not free cannot come in here as it cannot be freely copied.
