Please note the following two facts.

Wikipedia is not a free web host for you to use to store pages for your personal use.
It is unacceptable to post other people's personal information, such as their email addresses, on a publicly visible web page, unless you have their permission.
Even if you do have their permission, Wikipedia is not the place to do it, as Wikipedia is an encyclopaedia, not a contact directory. JamesBWatson (talk) 21:45, 6 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

This block is because of your repeated creation of pages with people's contact information and other personal data that definitely doesn't belong on Wikipedia. Had you done this just once, a block would have been inappropriate, but since you've kept going despite the warning, I'm forced to think that you're not doing this in good faith.
