No problem. You could have also tagged it as G2 (test) or G3 (hoax). There was a claim of importance but as the criteria says it was not a credible claim. Enter CBW, waits for audience applause, not a sausage. 07:31, 10 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for File:Younggunsallourkings.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Younggunsallourkings.jpg. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 20:07, 16 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Re: MCR

[edit]

The reason the page "The Only Hope for Me Is You" was redirected to "Danger Days" was because there is not enough information for an article (see Wikipedia:Notability (music)#Albums, singles and songs). – Zntrip 07:35, 28 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Iron Maiden: Discussion of Album Sales: 70m or 80/100m, or worded to include certified and (as claims) 70, 80, and 100

[edit]

Hi, if you wish to participate, there is a discussion going on at http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Talk:Iron_Maiden#Iron_Maiden_the_truth_about_their_sales_records_.28Ultimate_Discussion.29 with the above proposals for revising the lede's album sales section. ROBERTMFROMLI TALK/CNTRB 02:10, 6 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Looks like i've seen this a little too late, i'll leave it for now, anything else i'm here though. Grey Matter (talk) 00:01, 9 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]
So far so good (over there)... I think those of us who remain are going to agree to the 85m NYT figure. I sincerely wish though, that people wouldn't simply drop out of the discussion before consensus, as I suspect, like in similar issues, this will pop up again (in probably a short time if previous history is indicative). Thanks, Rob ROBERTMFROMLI TALK/CNTRB 04:02, 9 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the cleanup

[edit]

Thanks for the cleanup on Iron Maiden. I missed the dupe content when I restored the entire section that was blanked. Best, Rob ROBERTMFROMLI TALK/CNTRB 18:22, 6 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

My Chemical Romance Genre

[edit]

Just to let you know, I went ahead and reverted this edit of yours. Normally, I would have reverted someone trying to change a sourced genre, but having actually looked at the sources, one is a Rolling Stone page that isn't there anymore, and another is a duplicate, linking to an old MTV interview that's already been cited in the exact same place. But mainly, none of them explicitly classify the band's genre as "emo." The closest is Allmusic, which lists emo as a style separate from the genre, while the genre itself is just listed as "Pop/Rock." So in the future, until someone can find a source that directly calls the band's genre emo, it looks like we should keep it out of the infobox instead. Just wanted to run all of this by you. Friginator (talk) 01:43, 10 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thats completely fair, i didn't think to check the sources. Nice one! Grey Matter (talk) 18:56, 10 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

My Apologies

[edit]

I did not mean to do that on the Joseph Stella page as vandalism. There was some information at the top of the page that was relevant to the article but I failed to read the bottom part which was the vandalism part which on my part was my fault and I apologize for my wrongdoings. The article Dying with a Smile has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Does not meet WP:NALBUMS

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
