RE:My Talk

Sorry about that, just change it back. I just get suspicous when IP users change articles, next time just sign in so I won't revert the changes. Sorry. Reply if any more questions. Also I removed the warning, sorry for any troubles. Ryryrules100 (talk) 23:37, 7 March 2009 (UTC)

No hard feelings?

I'm sorry for my comments earlier, and I apologize. I just got mad and flew off the handle, but I really am sorry. I put a lot of time into that article and didn't even know it was up for deletion. Again, I'm very sorry... no hard feelings? NTurner42

Whoa an emo dude on wikipedia

awesome man, I love all of those bands. Disturbed, Avenged Sevenfold, these guys are good.

You have been granted Rollback

Grab one and start erasing! Be careful what you erase, though...

You are now a member of the group: Rollbackers. Please use it with care and let me know if I can be of assistance.

I'm not sure if you can access it, but Wikipedia:New_admin_school/Rollback would be helpful as you get started. Toddst1 (talk) 13:16, 13 June 2008 (UTC)

It occurs to me that you seem to be in to collecting userboxes. You might be interested in this one: {{User wikipedia/Rollback}}. Toddst1 (talk) 23:19, 13 June 2008 (UTC)
Now that you're rolling back, you're going to start getting a lot more traffic (complaints and questions) on your talk page which is already pretty long. Perhaps it's time to start archiving it? You can follow that link for instructions or just plagiarize someone's setup. I have a relatively simple one, others are much fancier. Toddst1 (talk) 00:06, 14 June 2008 (UTC)
I'm not supposed to do that per Wikipedia:Protect#Semi-protection unless there has been a lot of vandalism. It clearly says I'm not supposed to do that as a preventative measure. My archives (all except the last) are semi-protected because I have had a ton of vandalism (comes with the admin territory). My recommendation is to add it to your watch list. Toddst1 (talk) 01:10, 14 June 2008 (UTC)

I need you to pick out about 10 of your favorite userboxes. If there's a userbox that isn't made but you want made,I can do that too.I've gotten pretty good at making them. Also, what color background and font do you want. And what kind of font do you want? I have started a thread here if you would like to add anything to what I've posted so far. Landon1980 (talk) 05:49, 14 June 2008 (UTC)

I'm not saying you should do this, but I'm sure the song won't have been removed from torrents or programs like Limewire. REZTER TALK ø 11:29, 17 June 2008 (UTC)

Did you really mean to re-add this back into the California High School (Whittier, California) article? --Kralizec! (talk) 23:50, 26 June 2008 (UTC)

Wrong User

Sorry. Ask wrong user

Looks like you accidentally created this article. Would you mind deleting it? I don't think it belongs in the article namespace. Best, Ray Yang (talk) 21:35, 13 July 2008 (UTC)

Forum

Yup, I'm on the forum. My username is jackie.  :] Unugunu (talk) 22:14, 27 July 2008 (UTC)

Yeah I've never really been into forums much so I mainly just lurked the Madina one for like... a good year before actually joining it. I found it kind of intimidating, lol. But it's a nice place, much better than many other forums I've been to where it's constant flamewars. And it's not as teenie as I thought it would be... I figured it would be all "omg twins are sooooo sexiii" but it's not like that at all so that's pretty nice :D Unugunu (talk) 22:23, 27 July 2008 (UTC)

Slipknot portal

About the "Selected articles" don't replace one, like you did with Disasterpieces and Jordison. Just add a new one in the future. Blackngold29 00:16, 28 July 2008 (UTC)

No problem, if you need help with anything just let me know. I don't know a ton about portals, but Rezter and I put it together so we know a little bit. Blackngold29 00:20, 28 July 2008 (UTC)
Hey, you gotta learn somehow. Keep it up. Blackngold29 00:24, 28 July 2008 (UTC)

A comment about a recent revert you made

Hi, Jakisbak. The revert you made at Linkin Park here probably shouldn't have been done with Twinkle (or at least with a custom edit summary. Is that possible on TW? I've never used it, and am not familiar with it at all). In any case, it wasn't vandalism, and should have been treated as a normal revert of a good-faith (if potentially misguided) edit. I just wanted to let you know, because some people can get upset by stuff like that. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. Regards, Parsecboy (talk) 01:36, 28 July 2008 (UTC)

Hey, it happens. I do it every now and again too. Like I said, it's no real harm done, given that the sources used to justify the changed genre aren't reliable and all that. Regards, Parsecboy (talk) 20:31, 28 July 2008 (UTC)

AfD nomination of Akeldama (album)

I have nominated Akeldama (album), an article you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Akeldama (album). Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. Genre

I saw your edit to Silverstein (band) where you tried to "fix" the genre issue. As of right now, the genre field has been removed from the infobox. There is an ongoing discussion about the issue here. --Pwnage8 (talk) 22:11, 9 October 2008 (UTC)

Thanks for uploading Image:The misanthrope.jpg. You've indicated that the image is being used under a claim of fair use, but you have not provided an adequate explanation for why it meets Wikipedia's requirements for such images. In particular, for each page the image is used on, the image must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Can you please check

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for each article the image is used in.
  • That every article it is used on is linked to from its description page.

Speedy deletion of Attack! Attack! (album)

A tag has been placed on Attack! Attack! (album) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a musical recording which does not indicate why its subject is important or significant, and where the artist's article has never existed, has been deleted or is eligible for deletion itself. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for music.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. Millbrooky (talk) 19:45, 6 November 2008 (UTC)

Redirect of Attack attack

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Attack attack, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Attack attack is a redirect to a non-existent page (CSD R1).

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Attack attack, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. To see the user who deleted the page, click here CSDWarnBot (talk) 19:50, 6 November 2008 (UTC)

Orphaned non-free media (File:Dying With a Smile.jpg)

Thanks for uploading File:Dying With a Smile.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:18, 24 May 2009 (UTC)
