Speedy deletion of Andrew Leonard Voullaire Campbell
[edit]A tag has been placed on Andrew Leonard Voullaire Campbell requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. – Obento Musubi (C • G • S) 20:03, 30 November 2008 (UTC)

Re deletion
[edit]Hi, to have a biographical article on Wikipedia the person must be notable. That means that s/he must be subject (and not just a passing mention) of reliable third-party publications (like newspaper articles, books, etc). See notability guidelines for more detail. The article that you wrote did not establish that. It just established that there was such a person (which is not enough). Quick search on Google and on Google books did not find any meaningful results. It might be that he is just an obscure personality not easily found on search engines. If you think that this is the case and you would like to continue working on the article I will restore it in your userspace (for example at user:Riley124/Campbell. But without clear proof of notability and without proper citation of your sources, the article will not be restored in the "main space." Renata (talk) 22:35, 30 November 2008 (UTC)
The page I deleted only had the {{hangon}} tag and no other content. The actual content was deleted by User:Renata3, who I see has already commented above. ... discospinster talk 22:59, 30 November 2008 (UTC)

[edit]Hi Riley124 and welcome to Wikipedia! You seem to be knowledgeable about Cooper Formula Junior cars. If so, are you able to explain to me the relationship/difference between the T65 and the T67? This webpage seems to suggest that they are essentially the same car. Is it perhaps the case that the original showcar was called the T65, but the production models were called T67? Or was it related to whether or not the car had the Hydrolastic suspension? Thanks.
