User talk:Rigzin658
Welcome!
[edit]Hello, Rigzin658, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your recent contributions.
I noticed that you have disclosed a conflict of interest and would like to thank you for being forthcoming about that. To keep Wikipedia neutral, you are strongly discouraged from directly editing any existing articles you have a conflict of interest with. Proposed edits can be suggested on the talk pages of such articles, and it is strongly suggested that new articles in such an area be created through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.
Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to have usernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you should request a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)
You are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. If you have not done so already, you can post the mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Rigzin658. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Rigzin658|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}
.

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or . Again, welcome!

Managing a conflict of interest
[edit]Hello, Rigzin658. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on the page Karma Phuntsho, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for article subjects for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization, clients, or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{edit COI}} template)—don't forget to give details of reliable sources supporting your suggestions;
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest § How to disclose a COI);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam § External link spamming);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicizing, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. Snowman304|talk 22:35, 30 August 2024 (UTC)
