Usage

This is a TOC intended to be used with list articles that are categorized by U.S. state. The user can click the name of the state or simply click the state on the map to jump to that section of the article.

Here are the control parameters:
center: Centers the entire TOC.
right: Right-aligns the entire TOC.

(TOC is assumed left-aligned if "center" or "right" are not specified.)

bottom_center: Centers the links on the very bottom within the TOC.
bottom_left: Left-aligns the links on the bottom.
bottom_right: Right-aligns the links on the bottom.

(The links on the bottom are assumed centered if "bottom_left" or "bottom_right" are not specified.)

washington_dc: Enables "Washington, D.C." anchor link.
territories: Enables the "US Territories" anchor link.
seealso: Enables the "See also" anchor link.
refs: Enables the "References" anchor link.
notes: Enables the "Notes" anchor link.
extlinks: Enables the "External links" anchor link.

Here are the state parameters

1. Alabama The link target for Alabama - defaults to #Alabama
2. Alaska The link target for Alaska - defaults to #Alaska
3. ...
