[edit]My apologies for your rather abrupt introduction to Wikipedia.
It is my general policy to add a specific note to your talk page, for registered users. I made an exception in the case of deleted articles because there is a bot that automatically adds a notification when an article is deleted from main space. What I missed is that this happens when the article is in main space but not in draft space. I should've realized that, and posted a specific comment on your talk page.
To reiterate, while it is common and polite practice to warn all editors especially new editors when they run afoul of our incredibly long list of rules, and give editors a chance to fix their mistake. There are a few exceptions to this general practice, one of which is the removal of copyrighted information. Wikipedia is very serious about respecting copyright. If there were only a handful of such edits each week, it might be practical to start a conversation with each editor involved in the sort out the situation. Unfortunately, there are literally hundreds of reports every week and only a small number of volunteers working on the backlog. Given the situation, it is Wikipedia policy that potential copyright violations should be removed immediately. If it turns out to be in error because the material in question is acceptably licensed, is quite straightforward to restore the edits in question. S Philbrick(Talk) 15:24, 12 December 2024 (UTC)
- Thank you for your concern, I will give it another try. But please warn me when I make some possible further mistakes. Rezzanx (talk) 15:29, 12 December 2024 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm SunDawn. I noticed that you made a comment on the page Wikipedia:Help desk that didn't seem very civil, so it may have been removed. Wikipedia is built on collaboration, so it's one of our core principles to interact with one another in a polite and respectful manner. If you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. ✠ SunDawn ✠ (contact) 15:32, 13 December 2024 (UTC)
