We do NOT add Airplay charts for countries like France or Denmark when the official singles chart is already present. Same for South Africa see Wikipedia:Record charts/Sourcing guide. Please stop claiming the song the charted in number one in Estonia and Israel when those are radio monitors, not the official charts of those countries. Please don't claim the song went number one in Belgium when it only topped the chart of the Flanders region. Another user advised you stop doing this before and you are doing it again. You're ill-informed. I'm well aware it went number one in the more populous region of Belgium and not Wallonia. Advised? I was the one who replaced "Belgium" with "Wallonia" in the Tension article not too long ago and have always listed the two regions separately. Not quite sure why South Africa is being brought up either as I definitely wasn't the one who added that. Per WP:GOODCHARTS, I thought it was reasonable to include Israel and Estonia in the lead if those are the only available charts for those countries. There are no other charts for either of the aforementioned countries. I have seen France and Denmark Airplay being included in articles where the wider singles chart is already present, e.g. Houdini and figured it was eligible for inclusion per WP:BOLD. I'm not aware there was a consensus reached on this at WP:Record charts or elsewhere.
Moreover, the SNEP and Tracklisten singles charts do NOT factor in airplay. Everm4e (talk) 02:45, 30 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Nope. You are deliberately trying to inflate the success of this song with misleading information and are not following Wikipedia:Record charts/Sourcing guide. WP:OTHERSTUFFEXISTS is not an argument. Most national singles charts does not include Airplay, and that does not mean an Airplay chart is suddenly notable or worthy of inclusion. Cool Marc 14:24, 30 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
None of the information is misleading. Claiming that a single editor can "deliberately inflate" the success of a song is preposterous. The song reached #1 on all of the aforementioned charts. TopHit and Media Forest are the only available charts for Estonia and Israel. Seeing as you're at odds with several Texas Hold 'Em editors at once over your apparent disdain for Beyoncé, these concerns will not be entertained. Same applies to the WP:ASPERSIONS. Cheers. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Beyoncé, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Canal Plus.

Invitation to Project 1989

[edit]

Hey, hey, hey! Just thinking while you've been getting down with all these article reviews and DYK nominations in this platform, so I have invited you to this. sick. project.

All puns aside, I, have invited you to join my little project, Project 1989, which is made to expand Wikipedia's coverage of Taylor Swift's 1989 era. It would mainly focus on creating articles and improving them to GA/FA statuses, but given your track record with articles on Wikipedia, I know places where you can put your experience to good use.

Interested? Drop by this project's article and sign your name on the list, there is too many blank spaces there. You can still help out a bit if you want to. Thanks! brachy08 (chat here lol) 02:33, 24 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
