Thanks for experimenting with Wikipedia. The links you added to the page Supercar have been removed. Please do not add commercial links—or links to your own private websites—to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or a mere collection of external links. You are, however, encouraged to add content instead of links. See the welcome page if you would like to learn more about contributing to our encyclopedia. Thanks. A link to the edit I have reverted can be found here: link. If you believe this edit should not have been reverted, please contact me. --AbsolutDan (talk) 13:13, 30 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

In response to your message on my talk page, I removed the link because it was added "bare" - in other words, just the link was added to the article, and it doesn't serve as a citation for any of the information in the article.
Wikipedia is in need of more content, not more external links. As Wikipedia is aiming for a print version, external links don't add useful content.
Please consider adding content to articles instead of just links. If you need help getting started with editing Wikipedia, check out Help:Contents for a listing of various guidelines for editing Wikipedia. For specific guidelines regarding external links, please see WP:EL (external links guidelines) and WP:SPAM (information on what is considered spam). If you have any further questions or concerns, don't hesistate to leave another message on my talk page. Thanks --AbsolutDan (talk) 20:23, 30 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
