Monster Parents
According to the Japanese media a new class of parent is surfacing in Japan known as "Monster Parents". Allegedly, these parents, armed with a strong sense of entitlement and a host of intimidation tactics, unremittingly insist that the schools across the nation give their children preferential treatment, often at the expense of school administration and faculty.
