Hi there.

Re. your message on User talk:Anna Frodesiak - you used the {{helpme}}, and that is only required to get help from any user - you don't need it when leaving messages on someone elses talk page. You should use the helpme here, on your own talk page - and it alerts helpers to answer your question.

Re. notability - you might find user:chzz/vrs to be a clear explanation, and it has links to more information.

For more on Reliable Sources see WP:RS, and if you have specific questions as to whether a source is appropriate, please ask on WP:RSN, the noticeboard.
