Please do not add or significantly change content without citing verifiable and reliable sources, as you did with this edit to Ahmad ibn Ibrahim al-Ghazi. Before making any potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Melmann 21:29, 28 August 2020 (UTC)
Oromo people
[edit]Hello. Your recent edit to Oromo people appears to have added the name of a non-notable entity to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person, organization or product added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. If you wish to create such an article, please first confirm that the subject qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline. Thank you. - Arjayay (talk) 08:26, 29 August 2020 (UTC)
Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Oromo people. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. Repeated vandalism may result in the loss of editing privileges. The need for a person to have an article before adding them to a list was explained above - Arjayay (talk) 11:38, 29 August 2020 (UTC)
Ras Fanu'el moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, Ras Fanu'el, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced material to Wikipedia, as you did at Battle of Wayna Daga. - Arjayay (talk) 08:20, 30 September 2020 (UTC)

Ras Fanu'el
[edit]The article Ras Fanu'el has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Figure in question does not exist in any source available on the web or world libraries. Sources used in the article are either fabricated or don't mention a figure called Ras Fanu'el.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. GoldenDragonHorn (talk) 18:58, 14 October 2020 (UTC)
You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you add unsourced material to Wikipedia, as you did at Amhara People. Do not reinsert reverted information without first starting a discussion on the talk page - otherwise your behaviour will be seen as disruptive editing, and will almost certainly lead to a block after the many warnings that you already received. It is also important to use edit summaries when controversial changes are made to an article. Landroving Linguist (talk) 10:43, 22 October 2020 (UTC)
The article Bete Amhara Movement has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Sourced only to the "movement's" website, couldn't find any third-party coverage (or even proof of its existence other than its website, Facebook, and Twitter)

Sockpuppet investigation
[edit]An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Reporter104, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.
