Task forces for WP East Anglia use lower case "Wikiproject"

Please see: Wikipedia talk:WikiProject East Anglia#Page names of task forces use lc Wikiproject instead of uc WikiProject East Anglia, because I'm afraid there are some lost or orphaned pages out there. I recently fixed Wikipedia:Wikiproject East Anglia/Task forces/Essex/to do so that it would transclude on the task force page, but as of yet, I didn't move the "Wikiproject" subpages to match "WikiProject East Anglia", using upper case "WikiProject".
